At Babylon Landscapes, we follow a professional working process that mirrors our commitment to meet our client’s specific needs.
Talks will focus on putting across each other’s views with ideas and inputs to client’s requirements, working out ways for solutions to problems like soil conditions, paving, lighting and drainage, etc.
This process involves focus on defining the overall scope, direction and parameters of the project. Beginning with measurement of the property, a landscape sketch design will be produced disclosing all elements of the landscape from patio, walkways, walls, planting, and more, infused with images and items from past projects, that fits in with the proposed landscape.
Based on feedback and more discussions on the sketch design, the team will rework and fine-tune the whole landscape design. This is to arrive at the final concept design agreeable to both parties.
Initial budget is worked out to give some picture as to how much the whole project may cost and be completed. Then a quotation is quoted based on that figure, and submitted to the client.
Once client finalises on the landscape needs detailed in the final plan, then client is asked to sign a contract with an initial deposit agreed upon. Once done, client is given a copy of the landscape plan and the contract.
The team will remain involved in the background preparing drawings for the project design and also looking up all of the materials needed to create the landscape.
Once all the details have been worked out and materials procured, the construction part of the team will get to work out the construction or build process.
On the day of completion, the team will walk the client through the project area, to review the finished project
Along with final output, you also get 2 Months free maintenance, of the landscape project.
If the project review is satisfactory to the client, then the client will be handed over the project site.
The whole work process is driven by a single-minded focus to complete it in an efficient and timely manner with the highest quality, culminating in a beautiful landscape.
